Female charged after breaking into ex-spouse’s house; multiple counts of assault

NORTH DUNDAS – A female has been charged with multiple offences after allegedly breaking into her ex-spouse’s residence shortly after 9 p.m. on June 28, North Dundas.

Police investigation revealed that an adult female accused had broken into a residence and damaged property within the home of her ex-spouse. Further investigation revealed that the female was under the influence of alcohol and had driven to the location.

A 54-year-old female of North Dundas, was arrested and is charged with;

– Break and Enter

– Mischief

– Operation while Impaired – alcohol

– Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration – plus 80

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, October 13.

 

Assault – domestic

NORTH STORMONT – A man was charged with multiple counts of assault after an accused adult male assaulted a victim several times shortly after 11 p.m on June 28, North Stormont. 

A 53-year-old male of South Stormont, was arrested and is charged with;

– Assault cause bodily harm

– Two counts of Assault

– Overcome resistance by attempting to choke, suffocate or strangle another person

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, August 18.
