Break-in charges laid
SOUTH DUNDAS – SD&G OPP responded to a report of a break-in at a South Dundas business, shortly after 9 p.m. on June 25.
Investigation indicated that the culprit attended the location and removed several items and damaged property within the business.
Shannon Wilson, 21, of Prescott, was arrested and charged with;
– Break and Enter
– Mischief
– Theft under $5,000
– Four counts of Theft from a motor vehicle under $5,000
– Trespassing at night
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg, October 6.
Stolen bike
NORTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP responded to a report of a stolen bike on Lough Rd, South Mountain, shortly after 8 p.m. on June 25.
Investigation revealed that a male youth was in possession of a stolen bicycle. The youth was also breaching previous release conditions.
A 16-year-old male of North Dundas, was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of property obtained by crime – under $5,000 (YCJA)
– Fail to comply with conditions of a probation order (YCJA)
The youth was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on September 17.
