Multiple domestic situations; male charged with forcible entry

Assault with a weapon 

SOUTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP say a 41-year-old female assaulted a victim with a weapon during a domestic situation around 3:20 p.m. on July 2, South Dundas. Investigation revealed that one person had assaulted the victim with a weapon and damaged property within the home. 

The Cardinal resident was arrested and is charged with;

– Assault with a weapon

– Utter Threats

– Mischief 

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, September 29.

SOUTH STORMONT — A 42-year-old male allegedly assaulted a victim during a domestic disturbance around 10 p.m. on July 2, South Stormont.  

The South Stormont resident, was arrested and is charged with;

– Assault

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, September 15.

 

Domestic disturbance

SOUTH STORMONT — A 39-year-old male was charged with forcible entry after forcing his way into a SOuth Stormont residence shortly before 8 p.m. on July 3. 

The Cornwall resident, was arrested and is charged with;

– Forcible Entry

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, September 15.

NORTH GLENGARRY — SD&G OPP officers responded to a domestic disturbance around 11:30 a.m. July 7, in North Glengarry. Police say an adult male had damaged property within the home of his ex-spouse.

A 27-year-old male of North Glengarry, was arrested and is charged with;

– Mischief

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, September 15.
