Breach of conditions – Domestic
SOUTH DUNDAS — A 24-year-old has been charged after a report of a domestic situation in South Dundas that occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on July 10. Investigation revealed that the adult accused was breaching previous release conditions (not to communicate with the victim).
A 24-year-old accused of Ottawa, was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to comply with conditions of an Undertaking
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court, October 13.
Assault with weapon – Domestic
SOUTH DUNDAS — A 37-year-old male was charged with multiple offences after a domestic situation occurred in South Dundas, shortly after 6 p.m. on July 13. Investigation revealed that the adult accused had assaulted the victim with a weapon, threatened her, stole some of her property and damaged property within the home on multiple occasions.
The male Ottawa resident, was arrested and is charged with;
– Two counts of Assault with a Weapon
– Two counts of Mischief
– Two counts of Assault Cause Bodily Harm – Choke, Suffocate or Strangle
– Three counts of Theft under $5000
– Three counts of Uttering Threats
The accused was held in custody for bail and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court.
Break-in and theft
SOUTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP responded to a report of a break in at a business on Station Road in South Dundas shortly before 7 a.m. on July 15.
Investigation indicated that unknown culprit(s) attended the business and removed several vintage rifles. An Investigation continues.
