SOUTH STORMONT — Three individuals were charged with break and enter charges after being confronted by the homeowner and then quickly tracked down by police. Police responded to a break-in in progress shortly after 7:30 a.m., July 20, South Stormont.
After the suspects were confronted by the homeowner, they fled the residence. Police located the suspects a short distance away.
Sarah Bombardier, 27, of Cornwall, was located and arrested and is charged with;
– Break and Enter – commit indictable offence
– Possession property obtained by crime – under $5000
– Fail to comply with conditions of a Probation Order
Ryan Fenn, 22, of Cornwall, was located and arrested and is charged with;
– Break and Enter – commit indictable offence
– Possession property obtained by crime – under $5000
– Fail to comply with conditions of a Undertaking
– Possession of break in instruments
Justin Watters-Lalonde, 27, of Cornwall, was located and arrested and is charged with;
– Break and Enter – commit indictable offence
– Possession property obtained by crime – under $5000
– Uttering threats
The three accused were released from custody and are scheduled to a court appearance in Cornwall September 24.
