Stolen pontoon boat; man charged with three counts of fail to comply

Stolen pontoon boat

SOUTH STORMONT — SD&G OPP responded to a report of a boat being taken from a property on Myers Rd., South Stormont shortly before 7 a.m. on August 7. 

Investigation indicated that sometime overnight culprits attended the property and removed a 2018 Legend Splash FLE pontoon boat, with a Mercury MAR 60ELPT Motor, on a 2018 Shorelander Boat trailer (plated R8712S)

An investigation continues.

 

Breaching conditions

NORTH STORMONT — A 53-year-old male was charged with breach of conditions after police were called to a domestic situation shortly before 1:30 p.m. on August 7. 

A 53-year-old male of South Stormont, was arrested and is charged with;

– Three counts of Fail to Comply with conditions of a release order

The accused was held in custody for bail and is scheduled to a court appearance in Cornwall.
