WINCHESTER — An estimated $28-million in Winchester water and sewer upgrades are foreseen for the village if it is to keep up with development, in a consultant’s report received by North Dundas Council yesterday evening.
Council also formally backtracked on its earlier approved truck ban on Sandy Row Rd. in South Mountain, among many items on an agenda dominated by the director of public works, Khurram Tunio. (See video above).
Tunio also managed to persuade council on a strategy for keeping roads properly plowed this winter, amid the challenges of COVID-19.
