MORRISBURG — The Upper Canada District School Board is reporting cases of COVID-19 at a couple of its schools in Morrisburg and Russell.
Parents and staff at Russell Public School were apprised Dec. 13 of one person testing positive at that school.
The school remains open and operating on its regular daily schedule.
That’s also the case at Morrisburg Public School, where a case was reported yesterday, Dec. 15.
The Board says that it and the Eastern Ontario Health Unit do not release details about COVID-19 cases in schools — although Medical Officer of Health Dr. Paul Roumeliotis will often say during his media briefings if the involved individuals are staff or students.
