Russell OPP asking public for help identifying suspect regarding altercation in Embrun

EMBRUN — Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the public to help identify a suspect who was allegedly involved in an altercation at a local business on Notre-Dame Street in Embrun. The incident in question took place on Friday, April 30th, at approximately 4:00 PM. According to reports, the suspect had gotten into a dust-up with another male in the parking lot.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 177 cms (5’10”) and 185 cms (6’1″)
  • Between 20 and 30 years of age
  • Thin build
  • Wearing an orange and black plaid shirt, beige cargo style pants, a black ball cap and white running shoes
  • Brown short hair
  • Brown full beard

His vehicle is an older model red Chevrolet Cruze with a peeled-off rear license plate.
