This property is located in the “Seaway” hamlet of Ingleside, located about 25 km west of the city of Cornwall and by County Road 2 and the St. Lawrence River. There is an adequate level of amenities for a hamlet such as Ingleside. Some of the dwellings in the hamlet were relocated to Ingleside by Ontario Hydro during the “Seaway project.” Most of the dwellings on the street are relatively modern homes, built after the Seaway project, and are in good condition.
The house, built in 1993, is a detached, one-story building with an estimated 1360 ft.² of floor area with brick and vinyl exterior, PVC thermal glaze windows and asphalt shingles roof cover.
The interior finish has oak hardwood in the living room study and hallways. The main floor has solid oak doors and trim. Kitchen floor has sheet vinyl.
