At the Kin Club of Russell’s weekly Catch the Ace draw held this Sunday afternoon, the Ace of Spades continued to hide. This Catch the Ace Lottery is now the 2nd largest one in Ontario, as well as the longest, currently in the 92nd week! To date, almost 230,000 tickets have been purchased.
“It’s crazy and exciting!” notes Cindy Ault Peters, the Foundation’s Manager of Direct Mail and Events. “After Sunday’s draw, more than 5,000 tickets were sold by Monday, a 45% increase ahead of the last draw. We are so grateful for everyone’s support for the WDMH Foundation and other local charities.”
There are now only 8 envelopes left and the jackpot is estimated to be over $365,000. The next weekly win will be more than $20,000. The next draw is scheduled for this Sunday, June 13th at 3:15 PM in Russell. Tickets are on sale online until 11:59 PM on Saturday, June 12th. You can also purchase paper tickets to support the WDMH Foundation at the Brinston General Store, Loughlin’s Country Store, and Winchester Foodland. Tickets are $5 each.
