Quadmester 1 is done!

North Dundas students have completed their final days of quadmester 1! It flew by, but we are all thankful every day to be in the school learning. Our second quadmester starts today, Thursday, November 11. With it being Remembrance Day, students and teachers will take some time out of their day to watch a prerecorded ceremony done by our Student Council members and directed by Mr. Reaney and Mr.Bell.

ND’s senior and junior boys’ volleyball team made their way to St. Joe’s in Cornwall on Thursday, November 4th. This was North Dundas’ first time travelling for sports since March 2020; it was a very exciting day had by all. The seniors team won their last set of the match, with the first two being quite close. Junior boys won their first set and had a very tight rest of their game. North Dundas is hosting Tagwi to play our senior boys on Monday, November 8th.  There are still no spectators at this time, unfortunately. We are all looking forward to the day we will be allowed to watch and share our ND spirit and support.

ND’s junior girls’ basketball played against St. Joe’s at home on Friday, November 5th . It was a hard-fought game, and ND lost the battle, but stayed in good spirits. We look forward to the next game.

Student Council wishes students and staff a smooth turn over to the second quadmester. Have a wonderful week!
